Speicherblock V is located directly adjacent to HafenCity, was built in around 1906 and is expected to be completed in 2025 following extensive refurbishment. Access by car and by public transport is therefore straightforward. The warehouse, which extends along Brooktorkai 11-16, offers you approximately 12,500 m² of lettable space. Depending on the office layout, this provides up to 900 workstations. Features include state-of-the-art technical fit-out, full ventilation in all areas, a heated ceiling system and cooling via the ceiling system.

Flexible internal connections even turn Speicher V into a building in its own right in the middle of the Speicherstadt. The landlord therefore favours a single occupier for Speicher Block V in the future. In Speicher 11, 15 and 16, catering space is available in the basement and on the ground floor, whether you later use it as an occupier or as a guest.
