Aura is located at Brooktorkai 1 in 20457 Hamburg, a Kontorhaus dating from 2002 with eight storeys and around 4,609 m² of total space. HafenCity is Hamburg's newest district, situated directly on the water and characterised by its proximity to the Speicherstadt, modern office buildings and short distances into the city centre. Anyone looking for office space here gets a waterside location, good transport links and a building that prioritises functionality over façade.

Thanks to the large number of units, the space can be tailored flexibly to actual requirements, from a smaller team on the top floor to an entire floor for larger workforces.

Location & surroundings: office space in HafenCity on the water

The building is in a waterside location on Brooktorkai, one of the quieter sections of HafenCity between the Speicherstadt and Lohsepark. For the lunch break, it is only a few minutes to venues such as the Fleetschlösschen on Brooktorkai, which serves hot food all day, or to the Restaurant Rudolph's, idyllically situated on the corner of Ericusbrücke and Brooktorpromenade with views of the Ericusgraben and Lohsepark. For everyday shopping, the supermarkets in the Überseequartier are an option: Alnatura, EDEKA Böcker and REWE are all located there. In terms of public transport, the Ericusspitze bus stop (lines 2, 607) is a 1-minute walk away, and the Meßberg underground station (U1) is around 4 minutes away. For those arriving by car, the Elbbrücken (A1, A7, A255) can be reached in about 6 minutes, and Hamburg Airport Helmut Schmidt in around 25 minutes.

Fit-out & building: Kontorhaus with underground car park

Aura was built in 2002 as a Kontorhaus and has mechanical ventilation, a lift, a fibre-optic connection and step-free access. The building's own underground car park offers 30 parking spaces from €250/month, which is not a given in HafenCity. The combination of office and storage space in the same building suits companies that need additional space for archiving, materials or logistics alongside conventional workstations.
