About the building

Speicherblock S at Alten Wandrahm 13-15 consists of two building sections and was constructed between 1899 and 1912 by the architect Gustav Schrader. You will find this exceptionally attractive warehouse between the Kleine Wandrahmsbrücke and the street Bei St. Annen, as part of the UNESCO World Heritage Site Speicherstadt.

Surrounded by water on three sides, the setting lends itself to both working and relaxing. Lattice windows and plank flooring are as much a matter of course for a historic warehouse in the Speicherstadt as a balcony facing the Elbe and views of the surrounding canals.

The landlord would prefer to let the available space in renovated condition at the stated rent; should a cosmetic refurbishment or a different layout and fit-out of the office space be required for your working comfort, this can of course also be arranged.
