Rent an office in St. Pauli.
St. Pauli and the adjoining Sternschanze are the address for companies that want their location to say something about them. Media, music, gaming, agencies. The stock ranges from backyard lofts to the high-rise at Millerntor, and the range in between is wider than in any other creative quarter in the city.
Market range for the submarket. Our own listings in St. Pauli currently sit between 13.00 and 28.00 €/sqm, median 20.00 €/sqm.
St. Pauli at a glance
You should know what you are getting into. It is loud at weekends, particularly around the DOM, and in the mornings some corners are not a pretty sight. For teams that do not mind this, St. Pauli is one of the few locations where the address helps with recruitment rather than costing you.
Who is a good fit for St. Pauli?
Media, music, gaming, advertising, start-ups with their own brand. The range on offer is broad: from 60 m² for a small team to over 2,000 m² in a single unit.
Less of a fit
Law firms with heavy client traffic, audit firms, traditional financial services. Nor is it suitable for anyone who needs quiet at the weekend.

What St. Pauli really is like.
The case for St. Pauli
- Location helps with recruiting For applicants under 35, St. Pauli is an argument in itself. That applies to hardly any other office location in Hamburg.
- Lively in the evening Unlike the city centre, this quarter does not shut down at 7 pm. For teams with an after-work culture, that makes a real difference.
- Wide range From around 60 m² to over 2,000 m² in one piece, everything is available here. A growth step does not necessarily have to cost you the neighbourhood.
- Very well connected S-Bahn Reeperbahn and Sternschanze, U3 St. Pauli and Feldstraße. Just over ten minutes to the Hauptbahnhof.
What to consider
- The address divides opinion With conservative clients and in the upper B2B segment, St. Pauli may require some explaining. Be prepared for that.
- Noisy at weekends The closer to the Reeperbahn, the more noticeable it becomes. During the DOM, this intensifies further.
- Not always pretty in the morning Around Spielbudenplatz, the morning looks like the night before. If you receive clients, bear that in mind.
- Parking practically impossible Neither for the team nor for visitors. There is no way around public transport here.
