There is no way around the Speicherstadt: the historic red-brick buildings, the narrow canals and the many bridges give the world's largest contiguous warehouse complex a unique charm. With good reason, the area was inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage List in 2015. Block H, also known as Sandthorquaihof, was built in 1887/1888 primarily as an office building. Hamburg residents know it above all for its imposing eastern façade and the open courtyard with its view of the canal.

All of your new office spaces are fitted with generously sized windows. From the street-facing offices to the north, you look directly onto St. Katharinen church and the Zollkanal; from the rear rooms, onto the courtyard. The high ceilings and the plank flooring with its traditional "used look" convey the typical atmosphere of the Speicherstadt.

During your lunch break, the choice is yours: a walk to the many restaurants along the Überseeboulevard in HafenCity, or a stroll straight through Hamburg's city centre.
