About the building

Block G originally dated from 1887/88 and was destroyed in 1943. It was partly rebuilt in 1954/55 to a design by the architect Werner Kallmorgen and was originally used by coffee trading companies. Today's office building, located directly on the water, has a lift. Parts of the office space were completely refurbished in 2017 and are particularly suitable for tenants seeking open-plan workstations.

The space is divided into a large open-plan office, a separate area facing the street, a corridor zone, a server room and a pantry with a modern kitchenette. The sanitary facilities are located in the entrance area. The offices benefit from particularly good natural light. All three building facades have generously sized windows with views of the Brooksfleet. Various cable ducts along the window sills allow a large number of workstations to be supplied.
