About the building

Built around 1900, the Campus Speicher forms part of the listed Block Q and comprises approximately 3,200 m² of office space. The warehouse occupies one of the finest locations in the Speicherstadt, opposite the Altes Rathaus and therefore within walking distance of the city centre and the Elbe.

Surrounded by the Elbe on three sides, the former Freihafenamt is just a stone's throw from the well-known Überseequartier. The perfect spot for your lunch break! Do you need parking spaces for your colleagues? No problem, parking in the Speicherstadtparkhaus is available from EUR 95.00 per month.

The entire building complex along St. Annen was completely modernised in 2010/2011. In addition to extensive roof and façade refurbishment, the building was connected to the district heating network, and the Campus Speicher was given a generous atrium with skylights and glass passenger lifts. 2023 will be used to replace all windows in the office building and bring them up to the latest energy standards. The building is therefore not only uniquely attractive, it is also sustainable.

As mentioned, the upper floors can be reached by the glass passenger lift OR by the historic paternoster, one of the few working and active paternosters in Hamburg.

The office space in the Freihafenamt can be fitted out and equipped according to your wishes and requirements. Numerous glass partition walls are currently installed, which can easily be moved, removed or added to.
