About the building

The Katharinenkontor in Hamburg-Altstadt forms part of the KatharinenQuartier, a section of Hamburg's inner city between Rathausmarkt and Speicherstadt. From here, it is only a short distance to the City or HafenCity. The U3 at Rödingsmarkt is just a seven-minute walk away, so your journeys are certainly not long ones.

The view from the windows of the Katharinenkontor takes in Hamburg's heritage: the Speicherstadt, the harbour and the Elbe, as well as the modern office and residential towers of HafenCity.

Parts of the office space here feature a high proportion of glass partition walls, high-quality Amtico flooring with a wood finish and acoustic ceilings. The layout of the rooms remains as the previous tenant left it. Adapting it to your workflows and requirements is of course possible.
