About the building

Modern architecture and high-quality fitted offices at fair prices: this is certainly a very apt description of the KatharinenQuartier. A combination of Hamburg brick and large floor-to-ceiling windows gives the office and commercial building on the Nikolaifleet its futuristic appearance.

The premises are accessed via two entrance areas. The passenger lifts take you to your new office space, some of which has generous terraces. The layout is arranged in consultation with the new tenant, but can in any case be described as high-quality and well thought out. Sound-insulated glass partitions are as much a matter of course as hard-wearing flooring and acoustic ceiling treatments.

The space is excellently lit and has a well-functioning ventilation and extraction system.

In addition, the windows are exceptionally well insulated, so that the Willy-Brandt-Straße is virtually inaudible.
