About the building

The "Boa Vista" occupies a good location by the Elbe, directly adjacent to the popular Portugiesenviertel. Completed in 2015, the office and commercial building combines a classic but irregularly arranged red brick façade with large, floor-to-ceiling windows. The balconies are integrated into the façade, breaking up the building's external structure and creating a mix of modernity and tradition.

Once you have reached the entrance areas, rustically designed with brick walls, several passenger lifts will take you up to your new office floors. Two standard floors with a large area per level are available here.

When designing the building, the project developer kept the individual requirements of today's office users firmly in mind. The efficiently proportioned spaces therefore allow a wide variety of layouts to be implemented, whether combi-office structures, classic cellular offices or loft-style open-plan areas. Everything is possible here.

On the 9th floor, incidentally, tenants have access to a shared roof terrace. From here you can look out over the entire city and the harbour while enjoying an after-work beer.
