About the building

There is probably little need to say much about the location in the middle of the UNESCO World Heritage Site "Speicherstadt": this property is situated in the heart of the Speicherstadt and directly adjacent to the Markthalle in Speicherblock N. Everything you need for daily life outside work is within walking distance.

You enter Speicher M on Sandtorkai through a discreet entrance area. A lift takes you to the upper floors. Here, alongside exposed brickwork and a poured concrete floor, you will find various concrete columns and exposed ventilation ducts, in other words pretty much exactly what every agency in Hamburg is looking for. Floors 1 to 6 can also be connected internally, saving you the trip through the stairwell. Radiators in the form of ceiling radiant panels for heating and cooling ensure the right temperature in any weather.

In addition to large window areas and doors that open towards the Elbe and Sandtorkai, the seventh floor has large roof windows, which make the rooms bright and flooded with light. The current tenant has installed numerous design and acoustic elements, which may be taken over. Furnishing elements such as a handmade reception desk, office furniture and the floor lamps with motion detectors are also open to discussion.
