About the building

Shanghaiallee, opened by the Chinese Consul General, forms part of a quarter named after major Asian cities. Surrounded, in Hamburg's newest district HafenCity, by Koreastraße, Yokohamastraße and Hongkongstraße, you get a touch of Asia here. The residential and office building, completed in 2017, offers various floor plan concepts: both open space and team offices are available and can be occupied immediately.

Bus route 111 stops almost outside your door, and it is only a few minutes' walk to the underground station HafenCity-Universität or to Überseequartier. Somewhat further away, but still within easy walking distance, you can also use the Meßberg station (U1).
