About the building
Der Grimm, a former island in the mouth of the Alster, is located south of Hamburg's city centre between Willy-Brandt-Straße and the Speicherstadt. The underground stations Meßberg and Rödingsmarkt are no more than a 5-minute walk away, and from your future office you can also reach the Elbbrücken and the motorways towards Lübeck, Bremen or Hannover within a few minutes by car.
As Der Grimm itself is a cul-de-sac, your workplace can only be accessed via Katharinenstraße. The rear facade of the office building on Der Grimm faces directly onto the Nikolaifleet, providing an excellent view of the water. The individual floors of the 6-storey period building in the Altstadt are accessed via a spacious stairwell with a total of 2 lifts.
The large window fronts provide very good natural light in the rooms. The fit-out includes separate WC units, a pantry, separate server rooms and cable ducts for IT.
