About the building

The office building, constructed in the early 1970s, is located on a quiet side street in the colourful Schanzenviertel. The spaces on offer on the second and third upper floors are connected by an internal staircase and can therefore only be let together. Apart from that, you are of course free to have a say in how the rooms are divided up and to fit them out just as you need them. At present the offices are laid with a reddish-brown carpet, which can be replaced at any time. The IT cabling runs through cable ducts, and, as mentioned, the position of the walls can also be adapted to your requirements.

For those who know the Schanze, the following description of the location is really superfluous, but for the sake of completeness it should be briefly outlined. All the spots and meeting points of the Schanze can be reached from here in just a few minutes' walk. Whether shops for everyday needs or buses and trains, here you can combine your destinations with a leisurely stroll, and if things need to happen quickly, you meet up at one of the city's last institutions, Erika's Eck.
