About the building

This striking Art Nouveau villa was built around the turn of the last century, that is around 1900, and is located on a quiet street just a few minutes' walk from the Außenalster. Anyone choosing to set up here is making a deliberate decision against the noise of everyday city life. The surrounding period villas and the immediate proximity to the Außenalster create a pleasant working atmosphere outside the city centre. At the same time, the connection to the nearest station could hardly be better: the underground station "Uhlandstraße", served by the U1 and U3 lines, is less than 50 metres away.
