About the building

The Girardethöfe comprise three building sections in total, located partly on the well-known Gänsemarkt, partly in Gerhofstraße and also in the quiet Poststraße. The site owes its name to the original user of these building complexes: this was the location of the former printing works of the Girardet-Verlag in Hamburg. Situated directly in Hamburg's Neustadt, this is where your wish for an inner-city loft office is fulfilled, with Jungfernstieg and the Alster just around the corner.
