About the building

With a front building, courtyard wing and warehouse directly on the water, the Elbhof near Baumwall was built between 1904 - 1905 following the pattern of the traditional Hamburg merchant's house. The Elbhof, immediately adjacent to the Altstadt and directly on the canal, even has a restaurant of the same name in the building. The menu offers a varied selection of tasty and reasonably priced snacks as well as daily changing lunch dishes. The curried sausage with chips gets a full 5 stars, at least from us. Otherwise, you can also leave the noise of the city centre behind you and switch off over a cup of coffee and a slice of cake on the outdoor terrace in the quiet inner courtyard.

The office space on offer is located on the 5th floor of the rear Fleethaus. The rental space was refurbished in 2017 and is in high-quality condition. The fit-out standard is modern and well suited to creative concepts.

Note on the lease: this offer concerns a sublease, with the term open to negotiation. If required, you are also welcome to use furniture or additional services, for example, for a fee.
