About the building

Immediately adjacent to the U1 underground station Wartenau and an EDEKA supermarket, you will find the commercial park on Conventstraße. The office, storage and studio spaces here have undergone extensive, elaborate refurbishment and have been converted into attractive, light-filled office lofts. The landlord takes great care to ensure that the industrial charm of the former bakery is not lost: industrial chic meets modern loft.

Alongside a new, modern façade, the former storage areas are also being fitted with a glass lift that takes you and your colleagues up to the office floors. The existing multi-pane windows are being replaced by new, modern windows in the same style and enlarged, in some cases to floor level, so that plenty of light reaches the interior of the building. The ceiling heights of up to 3.75 metres also contribute to this. Thanks to the small number of columns, the spaces can be divided up flexibly. Open-space use is recommended but is not a requirement. The layout and fit-out of the office space will be arranged in close consultation with, and tailored to the needs of, the future tenants.
