Gotenstraße is located in the heart of City-Süd, which has now become a highly sought-after office location. In this former industrial and commercial suburb, largely destroyed during the Second World War, more than 20,000 people now work in around 1,000 companies. From here, you can reach Hamburg's city centre or the HafenCity in about 5 minutes by car. Bus and rail connections are also just a few minutes' walk away. The range of restaurants and cafés, particularly at lunchtime, bears comparison with that of the Neustadt or the Altstadt.
