Located directly on Überseering and Mexikoring, three office buildings form the central core of City-Nord, the "office district" that was developed in the 1960s. The Sengelmannstraße and Rübenkamp underground and suburban railway stations are just a few minutes' walk away, as is the nearby Stadtpark. Hamburg Hauptbahnhof, by contrast, is just under 15 minutes away by car, and the airport can be reached in about 5 minutes' drive. At lunchtime you can either head to the Stadtpark or eat in one of the small bistros or restaurants.

The area presents itself as a modern and lively location, situated midway between the city centre and the north of Hamburg.
