The four office buildings of the Medienpark Kampnagel, built in 2000, stand in a horseshoe arrangement opposite the well-known machine factory, which was constructed 135 years earlier. The cultural centre and the Kampnagel office park are deliberately intended to be perceived as a single entity directly on the water.

The Kampnagel "office park" is not a typical example of its kind. Here you need not worry about being cut off or about withering away in sterile surroundings. At the Medienpark, culture is famously the focus. With the Alabama, for instance, you have a small, comfortable cinema at Kampnagel. To secure a good seat, however, you will need to hurry, as seating at the Alabama is unreserved.

The public transport connections, the modern fit-out standard, the fine views of the water and of the greenery, the variety in the immediate surroundings and the fair rents together form a rather good combination.
