About the building

This historic office and commercial building is located in a charming part of Hamburg's city centre, directly on the beautiful Nikolaifleet. The "Laeiszhof" was built in 1897/1898 and impresses with its striking Kontorhaus architecture. From your new offices you enjoy a wonderful view over the historic Nikolaikirche.

The surroundings offer you every conceivable convenience. Shops for everyday needs, banks, cafés and, of course, good connections to the underground stations "Rödingsmarkt" and "Rathaus" are all available here at the Trostbrücke.

Your new office space is accessed via an impressive foyer with numerous historic design elements and a paternoster lift. The space should largely be used as an open plan layout, if only to avoid obstructing the character of the rooms.

The office space on the top floor of the building has a loft-like, open and welcoming layout.
