About the building

The Patriotische Gesellschaft von 1765 was founded, hard to believe, in 1765 during the Age of Enlightenment by citizens of Hamburg. Just for your information: the Patriotische Gesellschaft is a non-profit association and the oldest civil society organisation in Germany, based at Trostbrücke since 1847.

Aside from the red brick façade and the no less historic stairwell, the highlight is to be found on the top floors, the 6th and 7th. Not only were the window elements replaced here in 2011 and the sanitary facilities completely renovated in 2018, but on taking a lease you also get a 360-degree terrace with views in every direction.

The further fit-out of your future, and above all listed, office space includes a mix of carpet and laminate flooring, cable ducts and a generous server room with a raised floor. A passenger lift takes you from the barrier-free and venerable entrance hall directly to the floors you need. If required, you are also welcome to hire the lecture rooms of the Patriotische Gesellschaft for events or seminars. Quite apart from the numerous bus routes, your staff can reach the U3 stations Rödingsmarkt or Rathaus, for example, in just a few minutes on foot. Jungfernstieg is also only around 5 to 7 minutes' walk away.
