About the building

Just a stone's throw from Hamburg City Hall, in the heart of Hamburg's Altstadt, stands one of the most historic commercial and office buildings in the Hanseatic city. The three-storey building was constructed in around 1700, making it the oldest building in the city centre outside Deichstraße. A light-coloured façade of large stones and columns reflects its historic character – so it is no surprise that the building is listed. The striking appearance is rounded off by the many windows, which create a bright and pleasant office atmosphere. The office space is located from the ground floor up to the third floor.

With the "Rathaus" underground station (U3) and numerous central bus routes (17, 34, 35 and 37) nearby, you can get to your workplace, back home or to your evening meet-up with friends in the Schanze in no time. Varied lunch breaks are, of course, a given in this city-centre location. Whether an ice cream by the Binnenalster, some shopping on Mönckebergstraße or lunch in one of the many restaurants in the city centre – anything is possible, nothing is a must.

Anything but historic is the building's technical fit-out, which is state of the art. Tenants benefit from external sun protection, lighting via floor lamps and fibre-optic cabling in cable ducts, among other features.
