About the building

The Europa-Passage, which is perfectly connected to the underground and suburban railway lines, represents a successful inner-city mix of shopping and working. This shopping mall, known throughout Germany, is located in a central city position directly on the Binnenalster and just a stone's throw from the Rathausmarkt. As far as the daily choice on offer in the building is concerned, we unfortunately lack the space for sufficient text. We shall therefore try to sum it up in a few words: you will find absolutely everything here.

Most of the office space currently available is accessed via several entrance areas on Hermannstraße (building section B) or Kleine Rosenstraße (building section C). From there, passenger lifts take you to your bright, high-quality office space, from parts of which you can enjoy excellent views of the Binnenalster (although this applies only to building section A on the Ballindamm and the upper floors of building section B). The layout and fit-out are arranged in close cooperation with the new tenant, that is, individually according to your wishes and requirements. The building's technical equipment is certainly impressive.
