Support that continued beyond the signing of the lease.

From the first briefing to well after signing, a mandate that didn't end with the handover of the keys.

„In addition to advising us on choosing a location, workin. drew on its partner companies to deliver a straightforward, fast and high-quality fit-out of our rented space, so that we were able to start on schedule."
Oliver Renz · Geschäftsführer, yourpac.

Briefing

yourpac was looking for a conveniently located food-grade production space of 1,000 to 1,500 m² with delivery access, plus around 300 m² of adjoining office space for administration, in the west of Hamburg.

Shortlist & viewings

We showed yourpac 5 spaces in the west of Hamburg and, after each viewing, assessed together what worked and what did not.

Negotiation

We negotiated the contract and supported yourpac through to signing.

After completion

Together with our fit-out partner, the approximately 1 500 m² of office and production space were fitted out in just 8 weeks, so nothing stood in the way of the project start.
