Briefing

After more than 20 years at the Trabrennbahn in Bahrenfeld, most recently around 2 000 m², prodware was looking for an office with better transport links, higher quality and a view.

From the available stock, we filtered specifically for space that matched the profile and staff structure. Instead of a long pipeline of viewings, there was a focused selection of a few genuinely suitable spaces.

Negotiation

Negotiation and contract support were handled in close coordination with the management team.

Outcome

In the S-KAI at Sandtorpark, right by the Magellan Terraces, a recently vacated space of nearly 1,000 m² was secured on a long-term lease, office space to feel at home in, with a view of the Elbe.
