The client

Ubilabs GmbH specialises in software for geodata and data visualisation, a Google Cloud Premier Partner focused on the Google Maps Platform.

The starting point

Based in the Schanze right on Schulterblatt, Ubilabs had to look for a new location due to rapid growth. The stated goal: an equally well-connected, airy office where all 70 employees could work on one floor.

The selection

We reviewed the entire Hamburg market for this requirement, including spaces that were not advertised anywhere. After going through the results together, two properties remained for viewing: one in der Schanze and a comprehensively refurbished property in St. Georg.

The result

A few weeks after the first viewing, Ubilabs signed the lease for the Bieberhaus at Heidi-Kabel-Platz. The fit-out was designed in close coordination between the landlord’s architects and Ubilabs’ in-house architect.
