Two viewings, two direct hits, in the end the better overall package decided: a gutted and refitted office loft in Wandsbek.

The client

Tax advisor Johannes Tietge (formerly Büll & Tietge) wanted to expand his practice and set up with an office of his own.

The brief

The brief was for a well-connected office for six to eight employees, deliberately not in the city centre but somewhat further out, ideally in the north-east of Hamburg.

The search

Two viewings were enough: a property at Saseler Bogen in Sasel and an alternative on Kedenburgstrasse in Wandsbek. Both fit on price and size.

The result

The decision went to Wandsbek because of the more attractive overall package: an office loft of approximately 260 m² in Kedenburgstraße 44, extensively stripped back before the move-in and fitted out entirely to the client's requirements.
