Around 50 employees, a search area from the airport to the central station, and in the end a floor in the middle of Winterhude.

The client

Surecomp builds software for international trade and supply-chain finance: trade-finance software, document management and compliance solutions for banks and corporates, cloud-based, with API integrations.

The starting point

Founded in Hamburg-Sasel in 1981, the company had spent 41 years in its gradually extended offices. After being acquired by an international investor, a more modern work environment was called for: well connected, with restaurants and shops on the doorstep, for around 50 employees.

The search

The search area stretched from the airport to the central station, with space calculated for about 80% of the workforce. A well-thought-out workplace concept was key: classic desks, meeting rooms, quiet rooms for sensitive calls and communication zones.

The result

After viewing four properties between the airport and St. Georg, the choice fell on Medienpark Kampnagel in Winterhude: around 700 m², extensively fitted out to the wishes of Surecomp, and a long-term commitment to the location.
