After 23 fruitless viewings: to the Alster in 4 months.

The digital specialists of the mrge Group occupied around 1,400 m² on Mühlenkamp in Winterhude. After a year of searching and 23 properties viewed without result, we took over.

Fresh start

First, we analysed what had already been viewed and why it hadn't worked. Based on jointly defined requirements, a new, short list took shape.

Viewings

Together we viewed four properties near the main station. It quickly became clear: the Alsterkontor, right on the Alster, was the favourite.

Outcome

Just four months after the mandate began, mrge moved into an efficient 710 m² on the 2nd floor of the Alsterkontor, with a direct view of the Außenalster.
