Language & translation services

Half the space, the same quality, three streets away.

Second joint office search since 2015: a new, light-flooded office in Hamburg’s Neustadt, after exactly two viewings.

„The team supported us through the entire relocation of our Hamburg office – shortlist, viewings, negotiations and contract – with great competence, and contributed decisively to the project succeeding quickly and smoothly. A thousand thanks – any time again!"
Felix Buse · Niederlassungsleiter LanguageWire Hamburg

The client

LanguageWire GmbH, based in Hamburg, provides specialised language and translation services, including translation, language localisation and content management. The company serves sectors such as marketing, IT, medicine and law.

The history

Jan already supported LanguageWire with the leasing of their first location in Hamburg: a central city-centre location for around 40 employees, custom fit-out, plenty of daylight, newly built office space on the 9th floor of the BrahmsQuartier with approx. 580 m².

The new search

This search was repeated, with the difference that the space requirement had fallen considerably due to new working models such as home office: it was halved. It was important that the quality of the workplace for staff did not deteriorate.

The result

After exactly two viewings we found it together. The client moved just three streets away and had the space refurbished to a high standard, with a fit-out contribution and rent-free period from the landlord.
