The client

Kopf & Lübben is an owner-managed international logistics provider headquartered in Bremen: forwarding, transport and customs services across several German locations, including a growing Hamburg branch.

The challenge

The Hamburg branch was growing, and with it the demand for modern, generous offices. At around 250 m², the site at Grimm 12 was getting too small. At the same time, management explicitly wanted to stay in the immediate neighbourhood, on the Katharinen island in the heart of the city centre. A delicate starting point, as available offices nearby are hard to find.

The solution

On the Katharineninsel there are few office spaces, and they rarely become available; what matters here is knowing early. Working closely with the team at Kopf & Lübben, we found a space that had not yet been offered anywhere: in the KatharinenQuartier, only 150 metres from the previous location, approx. 460 m² of high-quality fitted office space was available. Willy-Brandt-Straße 55. Modern, central and adaptable with little conversion work; the floor plan was optimised jointly and individual areas were refurbished.

The result

One viewing, one signed contract. Thanks to the quick decision-making of Kopf & Lübben and the precise preparation on our side, the contract was signed after a single viewing. The new location offers room for further growth, and with a move of just 150 metres the team keeps its familiar neighbourhood.
