01

Briefing

forto, founded in 2016, digital logistics, was looking for modern, stylish office space that truly deserves the new-work label: bright, plenty of glass, open space, and a large kitchen as a meeting point.

02

Location analysis

After jointly defining the target location and analysing the requirements, including expansion plans, we viewed a focused selection of office buildings.

03

Decision

The Deichtor Office Center won them over: the company moved from Eppendorf to HafenCity.

04

Outcome

Around 1,250 m² on the upper floor of the DOC, modern, light-flooded office space with views across HafenCity and the Speicherstadt.
