From requirement to 10-year location.

Enquiry via our website in the middle of the pandemic: for dennree, we found a vacant restaurant unit on Rothenbaumchaussee and approached the owner directly.

The starting point

dennree GmbH, better known as Denns BioMarkt, enquired via our website: a globally active wholesaler and producer of food from 100 % organic sources and natural cosmetics was looking for a location in Hamburg.

The approach

A former restaurant unit of approximately 600 m² stood empty in the Multimediacenter on Rothenbaumchaussee; the previous tenant had filed for insolvency during the pandemic. We approached the owner directly, who was looking for a systemically important follow-on tenant offering genuine added value for office users and local residents.

The process

A clear commitment was given during the viewing itself. Other organic retailers had also expressed interest; the owner opted for dennree's concept.

The result

dennree took over the former restaurant space, converted it completely and committed to the location for at least ten years.
