Out of the old town early, into SchlumpOne: a dual mandate including a replacement-tenant search so the landlord would release the old lease early.

The client

Crowdmedia is an owner-managed online, content and social-media marketing agency from Hamburg, led by Svenja Teichmann, combining digital marketing with sales tasks.

The starting point

Crowdmedia wanted to leave the old town (Grosser Burstah) early and settle long-term in Eimsbüttel or the Schanze quarter. The existing lease still had six months to run, the landlord would only grant an early release with a solvent replacement tenant. So finding one became part of the mandate.

The search

Four properties between 300 and 400 m² in the Schanze and Eimsbüttel were viewed, always with one eye on the right replacement tenant for the existing space. In the end, two parties were provided for, hand in hand.

The result

Crowdmedia rented an almost move-in-ready office space of just under 380 m² in the SchlumpOne on Schäferkampsallee. The office for the roughly 20 employees only needed repainting.
