Challenge

cronn GmbH was growing at all of its locations, including Hamburg. The office at Neue Burg 2, with approximately 150 m², had become too small. The brief: a sustainable, light-filled New Work environment.

Selection process

In an intensive selection process spanning around six months, we viewed a range of office properties across Hamburg together.

Decision

The new location combines Hanseatic character with a modern building structure in which teams can be arranged flexibly.

Outcome

Light-flooded office space, meetups with a view of the Elbphilharmonie and a roof terrace, cronn found not just a new office, but an inspiring work environment.
