About the building

Here you are practically in the centre of Winterhude, as spots such as Jarrestraße, the Stadtpark and the popular Mühlenkamp are just a few minutes' walk away. The former administrative and office building of Maihak AG was built around 1938/39 and today offers modern office space with high ceilings and plenty of daylight. In the former administrative wing on Semperstraße, modern office space has been created across around 2,600 square metres, and the converted attic storey even houses charming flats.

On the former factory site of the Maihak company in Winterhude, a mixed use with office, commercial and residential space has thus been realised in a total of three construction phases. The offices will be fitted out according to your requirements, whereby some offices have the toilets in the corridor, owing to the architecture of the time.
