About the building

This office building, constructed in 1973 on the shore of the Außenalster, is located in the Harvestehude district, between Cliff and Dammtor station or the Hamburger Neustadt. A spacious entrance area leads you to the floors of your choice, which have been fitted out to a high standard. In addition, your future workplaces feature large window fronts offering, as is only to be expected in a front-row location, a unique view of the Außenalster and the stand-up paddlers out on the water.

The fit-out of your future workplaces includes a continuous cable duct along the window sills for modern IT cabling, ceiling spotlights or, alternatively, floor lamps, electric sun protection and archive/server rooms. One small particularity: the pantry and the separate sanitary facilities are located in the hallway on each floor.

Public transport connections are also far better than they may appear at first glance. The "Fontenay" bus stop (109, 605) is a short walk away, and Dammtor station is only a few steps further. Your commuters can reach the A1 and A7 motorway junctions in 15 to 20 minutes, and travellers need approximately 25 minutes to get to the airport. You can of course also rent parking spaces in the building's own underground car park, go jogging along the Alster shore or simply travel by boat.
