About the building

The Bahrenfeld district may be known for its many distinctive factory buildings, but in recent years a number of new-build projects have appeared in this neighbourhood. Here, too, a new development will soon give rise to the Lofthouse, an office loft with a total of 5 full storeys. On the rear, paved part of the site, however, stand these listed office and exhibition spaces, which fortunately are being retained. As regards bus connections, you have the choice between Schützenstraße (3, 602 and X3) and Celsiusweg (2, 288). Alternatively, you can use the S-Bahn stations Bahrenfeld or, in future, Ottensen (just a few metres away).

On the grounds of a former shoe factory dating from 1904, you have the opportunity to rent charming, high-quality loft offices. The floors are ideally suited to an open working culture, but can also be subdivided into smaller units to meet your requirements, although we would not recommend this. Thanks to the building's structure, agencies or architects, for example, would feel thoroughly at home here.

A particular highlight: the large roof terrace on the 4th floor!
