About the building

Steel, iron, strength: that is what the Stahltwiete in Hamburg-Ottensen stands for. It was here, between Ruhrstraße and Stahltwiete, that ferro22 was completed in early 2023. A large part of the modern office building serves as the new headquarters of the Schwarzkopf/Henkel group. In addition, the new ferro22 building offers further office space that can be flexibly configured, with a ceiling height of 3.00m and very well-lit rooms.

The office space currently offered for sublease or follow-on lease is located on the second floor of the new building. The rooms are fitted out to a high standard, largely with glass partition walls. The majority of the approximately 50 possible workstations are accommodated in the light-filled open-plan area. The second floor also has five separate rooms that can be used both as offices and as meeting rooms.

With the Hamburg-Ottensen S-Bahn station opened in early 2024, ferro22 has excellent public transport connections, including to Bahnhof Altona. The walk takes no longer than three minutes. Catering options are also available in the immediate vicinity, whether the Vietnamese restaurant Madame Mai opposite, the Atlas on the Phoenixhof site or the Altamira directly at Bahnhof Ottensen.

Parking spaces are also available in the courtyard or in the building's own underground car park; these can be rented in addition.
