About the building
The new-build "Landmark7" quite literally catches the eye, seemingly not fitting in at all with the old machine halls and industrial lofts on the Phoenixhof site. Thanks to its unusual façade design, the new building has become a genuine landmark. Exposed concrete on ceilings and columns, combined with high rooms, creates loft character and bright offices. The office space is cooled by a concrete core activation system, while floor-to-ceiling windows and individually adjustable static radiators ensure a pleasant indoor climate.
The 5th floor has a wonderful, large roof terrace with a view over the rooftops of the Phoenixhof. The cost for the terrace is set at € 8.50/m².
