About the building

This historic building on Gorch-Fock-Wall, directly opposite the green oasis "Planten un Blomen", now offers you the chance to become the tenant of a very special office space.

The prestigious building was constructed in 1902 and is certainly among the outstanding buildings the Hanseatic city has to offer. Step inside and take in the impressive and welcoming stairwells as well as the carefully preserved details, which were skilfully upgraded during a comprehensive refurbishment in 2005.

Once inside the office itself, this impression continues. High ceilings, in places up to 3.20 m, and correspondingly large windows provide light-filled rooms and a sense of well-being for their users.
