About the building

The listed 6-storey building was constructed in 1901 as the "Holstenhof" and extensively refurbished in 2014. The property was built as a Kontorhaus and stands out for its historic façade and beautiful stairwells, combined with its bright, loft-style office space. The impressive Kontorhaus with its large windows is located in Hamburg's Neustadt district, in a central city-centre position between the courts and Axel-Springer-Platz. Großneumarkt and Gänsemarkt, with their wide range of shops and restaurants, are in the immediate vicinity. Public transport, such as the Gänsemarkt underground station and bus routes, can be reached within a few minutes.

A genuine rarity is currently available to let here: the office lofts themselves are wonderfully bright, mostly with high ceilings and open structures with glass partitions.
