About the building

Built in 2003, the "GERHOF" is located directly adjacent to the Gänsemarkt, the Jungfernstieg and the popular Binnenalster. Thanks to the BID Initiative Quartier Gänsemarkt, the quality of the surroundings in this corner of Hamburg's Neustadt has been considerably improved for you. The quarter covers the streets from ABC-Straße through to Hohe Bleichen.

The varied range of restaurants and cafés, together with everything the Hamburg Neustadt has to offer, leaves nothing to be desired for your staff. The neighbourhood also forms a charming link between classic and creative industries. Anyone wanting to work in the middle of the bustle of Hamburg's city centre has come to the right address.

There are indeed sufficient office spaces on the remaining floors, the 1st to the 5th, but these were let on a long-term basis some time ago to the coworking provider "WeWork", with around 1,200 workstations. The two lower floors, by contrast, are consistently used as retail space.
