About the building
The Deutsch Japanisches Zentrum (DJZ) is located in a charming and very well connected part of Hamburg's city centre, just a few steps from the popular and lively Fleetinsel.
Completed in 2005, the building was designed in traditional Hanseatic style by the star architects Gerkan, Marg + Partner and continues to impress with its attractive design combined with excellent visibility on Stadthausbrücke. The building is accessed via two inviting entrance areas, from where passenger lifts take you to your new offices.
The building structure provides a high degree of space efficiency and creates optimal conditions for laying out offices in a variety of room configurations. Extensive window surfaces also ensure good natural lighting at the workstations, which, incidentally, will be fitted out and equipped in consultation with the new tenant.
The generously sized in-house underground car park provides convenient parking.
