About the building
The building at Große Bleichen 34 was erected after the Great Fire of 1842 in Hamburg and, after 160 years, was essentially ready for demolition. The owner at the time acquired the property and planned a new eight-storey building designed by the Hamburg architect André Poitiers, retaining the historic façade. Completion took place in 2010.
At the rear, the façade opens up via a glazed extension and houses generous, bright office space flooded with light, with floor-to-ceiling windows and an expansive view over the courtyard of the Hanseviertel. Jungfernstieg and Ballindamm are just a few steps away.
Comfortable ceiling heights and state-of-the-art building services provide a pleasant indoor and working environment for you and your team.
The 6th and 7th floors currently available for letting can be rented individually or together. An internal connection via a staircase is in place. The 6th floor also has a superb roof terrace, an inviting spot to linger and to hold the occasional after-work event.
