About the building
There is not much to say about the location of Speicherblock L on Sandtorkai: this office loft is situated in the middle of the Speicherstadt, next door to the Miniatur Wunderland. And there is more: a glass bridge connects Speicher L across the canal with the neighbouring Miniatur Wunderland and the Kaffeebörse. Everything you need for daily life outside of work is within walking distance.
From spring 2022, a genuine gem of an exceptional office loft will be available to rent in the completely refurbished and elaborately developed Speicherblock L, in the heart of the UNESCO World Heritage Site Speicherstadt.
You enter the warehouse on Sandtorkai through a discreet entrance area. On the ground floor, connections for possible catering use are already being provided, so a grease separator will be possible here and a separate exhaust air system will be installed, allowing you to cook à la bonheur for yourselves, your guests, clients and colleagues without troubling the other occupants of the building with the resulting odours.
The lift takes you to the upper floors. Here you will find exposed brickwork, poured asphalt flooring and floorboards, various concrete columns and exposed ventilation ducts, in other words pretty much exactly what every agency in Hamburg is looking for. The office floors can also be connected internally, saving you the trip through the stairwell. Ceiling radiant panels for heating and cooling ensure the right temperature in any Hamburg weather.
The setback storey will in future feature a gallery level with large window areas and ceiling heights of up to 8 metres.
