Gehrckens Hof is a listed Kontorhaus that was built in the 1950s as an office building for the shipping company H.M. Gehrckens and then comprehensively modernised in 2016. The work included replacing the windows and completely renewing the building services. In addition to its distinctive staircase in the "Nierentisch" style of the post-war reconstruction years and its colourful mosaics, Gehrckens Hof of course also offers modern, high-quality office space.
