You haven't heard of the Innovations-Park Hamburg West yet? Now you have. The Max Office forms part of this office innovation centre, set in a very green location not far from the Hamburger Volkspark. Completed in 2001 and last modernised in 2015, the office complex, with its almost 23,300 square metres of lettable space and 452 car parking spaces, comprises a total of four separate construction phases. All four have their own entrance, each with two passenger lifts. Your high-quality fit-out includes everything a modern workplace requires, and the layout as open space or team offices will also follow your requirements. The Max Born Office has a further advantage over other office properties: there is a goods lift.

Your new location is distinguished not only by its high-quality fit-out and its six roof terraces, because the A7 motorway, just a stone's throw away, and the Elbtunnel can be reached within a few minutes' drive.
